These Terms apply to Grabook! and Grabook Pro subscriptions and purchases. 本条款适用于 Grabook! 以及 Grabook Pro 订阅与购买。
如中文版本与英文版本存在理解差异，在适用法律允许的范围内，以中文版本为准。
欢迎使用 Grabook!。当你下载、访问或使用 Grabook!，或购买、订阅 Grabook Pro 时，即表示你同意遵守本使用条款。如果你不同意本条款，请停止使用本应用及相关服务。
Grabook! 是一款用于记录实体书、生成书籍贴纸、保存摘抄、随想、阅读进度及相关内容的 iOS 应用。应用功能可能随版本更新而调整，实际可用功能以你设备上安装的版本和 App Store 页面展示为准。
免费用户可以在同一时间保存最多 3 本书。Grabook Pro 可解锁不限制书籍数量、书籍导出功能以及后续功能迭代中的 Pro 权益。我们可能根据产品发展调整 Pro 权益，但不会在你的有效订阅期内无故移除你已购买订阅所对应的核心访问权益。
Grabook Pro 年度订阅是一项自动续期订阅。购买后，你将获得一个订阅周期内的 Pro 权益。除非你在当前订阅周期结束前至少 24 小时取消订阅，否则订阅会自动续期，并由 Apple 向你的 Apple ID 账户收取下一周期费用。
Grabook Pro Lifetime 是一次性购买项目，不属于自动续期订阅。购买成功后，你可在支持的设备上恢复该购买，并获得当前定义的 Pro 权益。Lifetime 权益不代表我们承诺永久提供所有未来功能、第三方服务、云端能力或不受技术、法律、平台规则影响的服务。
所有通过 iOS 应用内购买完成的付款均由 Apple 处理。我们不会直接保存你的完整付款信息。你可以在 Apple ID 账户设置中查看、管理或取消订阅。退款请求由 Apple 根据其政策处理，你可以通过 Apple 支持或 App Store 相关入口提交退款申请。
你在 Grabook! 中创建或导入的书籍记录、图片、摘抄、随想、书签和阅读进度等内容归你所有。你应确保自己拥有保存、使用或导入相关内容的必要权利。应用可能将数据保存在你的设备本地，并可在你启用 iCloud 同步时通过 Apple 的 iCloud 服务同步。iCloud 的可用性、存储与同步表现受 Apple 服务和你的账户设置影响。
你同意不会使用 Grabook! 从事违法、侵权、欺诈、破坏应用正常运行、绕过付费限制、反向工程或干扰他人使用的行为。你也不应上传、保存或传播你无权使用的内容。
我们可能为了改进产品、修复问题、适配系统或遵守法律与平台规则而更新、修改、暂停或停止部分功能。我们会尽合理努力避免对已付费用户造成不合理影响。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Grabook! 按“现状”和“可用”基础提供。我们不保证应用始终无错误、不中断、完全安全，或完全满足你的特定需求。你应自行备份重要内容。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用 Grabook! 引起的间接、附带、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损失承担责任。任何情况下，我们对你的累计责任不超过你在产生争议前 12 个月内为 Grabook! 实际支付的金额，法律另有强制规定的除外。
我们可能不时更新本条款。更新后的条款会在本页面发布，并注明新的生效日期。你在条款更新后继续使用 Grabook!，即表示你接受更新后的条款。

Welcome to Grabook!. By downloading, accessing, or using Grabook!, or by purchasing or subscribing to Grabook Pro, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the app and related services.
Grabook! is an iOS app for recording physical books, creating book stickers, saving excerpts, reflections, reading progress, and related content. Features may change as the app evolves. The actual available features depend on the app version installed on your device and the information shown on the App Store.
Free users may save up to 3 books at the same time. Grabook Pro unlocks unlimited saved books, book export, and Pro benefits in ongoing feature updates. We may adjust Pro benefits as the product develops, but we will not remove the core access rights associated with your active paid subscription without reason during your current subscription period.
The Grabook Pro annual subscription is an auto-renewable subscription. After purchase, you receive Pro access for one subscription period. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription automatically renews and Apple charges your Apple ID account for the next period.
Grabook Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase and is not an auto-renewable subscription. After a successful purchase, you can restore it on supported devices and receive the currently defined Pro benefits. Lifetime access does not mean that we promise to provide every future feature, third-party service, cloud capability, or service unaffected by technical, legal, or platform changes forever.
All payments made through iOS in-app purchase are processed by Apple. We do not directly store your full payment information. You can view, manage, or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's policies, and you may submit refund requests through Apple Support or the relevant App Store flow.
You own the book records, images, excerpts, reflections, bookmarks, reading progress, and other content you create or import in Grabook!. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to save, use, or import that content. The app may store data locally on your device and may sync data through Apple's iCloud service when you enable iCloud sync. iCloud availability, storage, and sync performance depend on Apple services and your account settings.
You agree not to use Grabook! for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, disruptive, payment-circumventing, reverse-engineering, or abusive purposes. You should not upload, save, or share content that you do not have the right to use.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue some features to improve the product, fix issues, adapt to system changes, or comply with legal and platform requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unreasonable impact on paid users.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grabook! is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, completely secure, or fully meet your specific needs. You should keep your own backups of important content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Grabook!. In any event, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you actually paid for Grabook! during the 12 months before the dispute arose, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of Grabook! after an update means that you accept the updated Terms.
